ORDERING POLICIES:
Pricing
This is only provided for hand bouquets and serves as an informational guide. Please click pricing catalog for general quotation. For pricing on other services, please email me at helethea@gmail.com.
Payment
A minimum of 50 per cent deposit is required for confirming orders. Remaining balances must be settled on the day of event.
We accept cash, cash cheque and bank transfer.
Delivery Schedule
Working hours from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. Hours extended to 12.30 a.m. for weddings.
Local charges (for hand bouquet) are as follows:
- $15 (anywhere in Singapore from 10.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.)
- $25 (deliveries made outside normal working hours/deliveries at specific timing)
- $30 (urgent/express deliveries)
- Additional $15 (second attempt for failed delivery)
When placing order, please indicate the date and preferred timing for delivery. Some items may require longer preparation hours and delivered later than the schedule above.
Additional charges are incurred for failed deliveries. Please see the following for what classifies:
- Recipient is not present at the time of delivery (Attempts will be made to contact recipient i.e. please supply recipient contact number. If attempts are not successful, a second delivery is required.)
- Incorrect given address.
- No such recipient at the given address.
- No valid contact number given to contact recipient.
Disclaimer: BNT reserves the right to process requests according to the availability of delivery drivers. Please check in advance on seasonality and availability. Items may be substituted with a similar item of equal value.
At this moment, we do not ship internationally.
Order Acknowledgment
Once recipient receives the order, an MMS picture of recipient with bouquet will be sent to their senders.
